As a Chef and Owner of the Big Time Bistro, as well as throughout his brilliant professional career, Geoffrey has consistently demonstrated the vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be considered among the best.
The Big Time Bistro is a full service restaurant that offers a wide variety of soups, salads, sandwiches, and side dishes. In addition to serving as Head Chef and developing his own recipes, Mr. Hauser is responsible for managing all major aspects of the business as well as overseeing the daily operations.
During his collegiate career, Geoffrey earned an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from the Scottsdale Culinary Institute. Mr. Hauser is a member of the Minot Downtown Business & Professional Association. In the time away from his busy schedule, he is an avid outdoors enthusiast who greatly enjoys mountain biking.
