Yachting Exclusive: Fraser Yachts Place Seven Luxury Yachts on the Market
Following the recent sale of Cheoy Lee built Motor Yacht Marco Polo, Fraser Yachts add seven more to their sales portfolio.
ST TROPEZ, FRANCE, August 17, 2011 /Leisure - Hospitality PR News/ -- Following some spectacular sales, including the 45m (148') Cheoy Lee built M/Y Marco Polo for $21,500,000, yacht brokerage Fraser Yachts has several more luxury yachts on the market this month.
Largest yacht for sale is 55m (180') M/Y Geo, currently under project at Mariotti's Genoan shipyard. Due for completion in 2014, this exceptionally spacious steel-hulled luxury yacht has room for twelve guests in six staterooms and is on the market for EUR33,000,000.
Another notable contender in the mega yachts for sale category is M/Y Cameleon B, a fast 42m (138') explorer yacht with an exceptionally seaworthy design, she sleeps twelve guests in six staterooms and is on the market for a very competitive EUR11,000,000.
With superb interiors in macassar ebony and other rare woods by Donald Starkey and designed by Dubois Naval Architects, M/Y Loretta Ann IV (ex Allogante) is a superb 40m (131') yacht that can sleep twelve guests in real luxury. Built in 2009, she is in superb condition, and on the market for $21,900,000. The owners stateroom is particularly spacious and takes up most of the main deck.
M/Y Andiamo, at 37m (122'), offers exceptional value for money following her refurbishment in 2009. A sleek displacement hull design built by Azimut in 1983, she can transport ten guests at a fast cruise of eighteen knots and is on the market for only $2,950,000.
With 3,000 hp and a cruising speed of 20 knots, M/Y Dulcinea is a 32m (106') semi-displacement hull design built by Westport in 2004 for people who want to go places fast. Sleeping eight guests in a master, two doubles and a twin, she only requires three crew and has a range of 2,0000 nm at ten knots. With a sleek exterior design by Gregory C. Marshall, M/Y Dulcinea is on the market for $4,750,000.
M/Y Happy Fish is a stunning 23m Hatteras 77 Convertible, probably the most desirable Sport Fisherman on the market. The flying bridge is over forty feet up and gives you a commanding view of the surrounding ocean, perfect for spotting those big billfish. Built in 2007, with space for eight guests and two crew members, she is in perfect condition and on the market for $4,195,000.
If you are after a slightly smaller Sport Fisherman and prefer an open flybridge, M/Y Salty is a beautiful 19m (63') Weaver built in 2010 and with space for six guests and two crew. In as new condition she is on the market for $1,995,000.
At the more unusual end of the super yacht spectrum is M/Y Old Captain, a 41m (135') Latvian built exploration yacht. To keep her twelve guests happy, she comes with an indoor swimming pool, Russian Sauna, Turkish Sauna and a casino. She was built in 2009 and has been reduced in price from EUR4,900,000 to EUR3,500,000.
The 34m (112') M/Y Printemps is a great example of Dutch super yacht building expertise. Launched in 1987 from a Mulder design by Heesen, she was fully refurbed in 2009 to a very high standard and sleeps ten guests in five cabins with a crew of eight. A fast spacious boat with a semi-displacement hull, she has recently been reduced from EUR2,950,000 to EUR2,450,000.
M/Y Beyond The Clouds is a 30m (98')Benetti built yacht with space for eight guests and five crew. Built in 2004 and in excellent condition, the price has recently been lowered from EUR4,900,000 to EUR4,400,000.
