There will be a full 3-day programme of Dance Revolution, Belly Dance, Advanced Tremor Yoga (Levels 2 and 3), Yoga and Pilates workshops at the dual venues of Kasih Sayang Boutique Health Resort and Spa and Langkah Syabas Beach Resort
The magnificent Kinabalu Mountain overlooks Kasih Sayang Health Resort, and with a pleasant temperature of between 18 and 23 degrees C it will be the perfect setting for an invigorating fitness weekend.
Langkah Syabas Beach Resort is close, and both resorts offer a full range of spa treatments, so they are the ideal venues for Miss Fitness Malaysia's weekend of movement and dance.
The resorts are just 25 minutes from Kota Kinabalu and the popular Kuta beach area. As accommodation is fairly limited at the Kasih and Langkah resorts hotels in Kuta beach are good alternatives.
