The Director of Corporate Finance for Timbers Resorts is the latest confirmed speaker for America's premier fractional industry event.
NORTHUMBERLAND, ENGLAND, February 24, 2011 /Leisure - Hospitality PR News/ -- Ragatz Associates announces that Greg Spencer, Director of Corporate Finance, Timbers Resorts, will be a speaker at the 11th Annual Ragatz Associates Fractional Interest Conference, to be held at the Fairmont San Francisco Hotel during March 14-16, 2011.
Mr. Spencer is responsible for pursuing and structuring new and existing development opportunities within North America, Mexico, and the Caribbean. In addition to corporate finance, he also has project director responsibilities for projects in Napa, Punta de Mita (Mexico), Rancho Santa Fe, and Vail.
Mr. Spencer will be speaking during "The Case Study/Workshop, with Contributing Experts" session of the conference on Monday, March 14 as well as the "Brainstorming on How To Solve the Lack of Financing" session on Tuesday, March 15.
